Getting Help for your VLE Account

New VLE account:

All learners are set up with a VLE account. The account default log in is:

username: your first name.your surname (e.g. john.smith)
password: Learn100

When you log in for the first time, you will be prompted to change the password to something more personal.

Forgot your username or password?

You can change your username or password by clicking 'Edit Profile' in the Settings box when you are logged in.

However, if you have forgotten your username or password reset, you will need to ask to have this reset.
